Design Approval Enhancements
Take collaboration further in Webflow with new approval workflow enhancements: request changes and leave feedback messages for seamless review cycles.
Today we’re making design approvals even more collaborative and effective for teams with two powerful improvements.
Over the past months, design approval workflows have enabled Enterprise customers and their Partners to review and approve site changes more seamlessly. Today, we’re excited to introduce two key enhancements to make feedback management even more precise and actionable:
- Request Changes. Reviewers are now able to request changes in addition to approving. This provides a clearer pathway for ensuring that necessary updates are addressed before changes are merged into the site.
- Feedback Messages. Reviewers can now include a feedback message when approving changes or requesting updates. This adds context and clarity, enabling more actionable revisions and reducing back-and-forth communication.
These updates provide teams with the tools to maintain site quality while fostering effective collaboration.
