Reviewers can now request edit access right from the canvas

Reviewers or stakeholders with a comment-only link can now request edit access — saving time and keeping work moving without manual follow-ups.

Reviewers can now request edit access right from the canvas

When someone reviewing your site needs edit access, they can now request it directly right from the canvas — no back-and-forth required. Reviewers or stakeholders with a comment-only link will now see an Ask to edit option at the top of the canvas, making it clear how to request more access at the right moment.

Workspace Admins will be notified automatically by email and in the Dashboard, where they can review the request, choose the appropriate role and site access, and approve or decline in just a few clicks. Once you take action, the requester is notified right away — saving time and keeping work moving without manual follow-ups.
