Form-level settings & spam inbox for form submissions
Configure each form independently, review flagged spam submissions, and manage key settings right where you build—all part of our new forms enhancements.

NOTE: These form enhancements have been rolled back temporarily. They will be re-released to all customers soon.
Forms are often the most important part of a website—they’re how you capture leads, book demos, collect feedback, and much more. To continue the momentum around improving forms in Webflow, we’re rolling out additional improvements that make forms more powerful, flexible, and intuitive to manage.
Form-level settings
Until now, all form settings in Webflow were managed at the site level, making it hard to tailor different forms for different goals. With form-level settings, you can now configure notifications for each form independently—this includes notification recipients and notification emails. This has been the #1 request from customers across support tickets, community forums, user interviews, and surveys—and we’re excited to bring it to life.
Spam inbox for form submissions
Previously, spam submissions flagged by our system weren’t visible to you, making it impossible to review or recover them. Now, with a new spam inbox in the Dashboard, you can see spam submissions, recover any false positives, and get clearer insight into what’s being filtered out.
Moving more form settings into Webflow
We’ve also moved key configuration settings directly into Webflow (formerly the Designer), so you can manage notifications, integrations, and more right where you build your forms—without jumping to the Dashboard. This update also introduces a clearer division of responsibilities: the Dashboard is for reviewing submissions and managing reCAPTCHA, while Webflow (formerly the Designer) is where you configure how each form behaves.
Together, these updates give you more control over how each form works, more visibility into what’s coming through, and less friction when managing forms across your site.
