How to integrate Boost.space with Webflow

Boost.space automates data synchronization between Webflow and external applications using 40 pre-built Webflow modules for CMS content distribution, form submission routing, order processing, and product data management.

You can use the Boost.space marketplace app for quick OAuth-based setup or embed Boost.space forms directly in your Webflow pages for no-code data collection.

Use the Boost.space app

The Boost.space marketplace app connects Boost.space with Webflow through the official Apps marketplace. Install the app, authorize using OAuth 2.0, and start building scenarios through the Boost.space workflow builder. The integration requires permission scopes for Assets, CMS data, Custom code, Site forms, Page data, User accounts, Ecommerce store, and Sites.

The marketplace integration supports:

• CMS synchronization: Use list collections and create items endpoints to sync product data, blog content, and portfolio items
• Form automation: Set up form submission webhooks that route leads to CRM systems and marketing tools
• Order management: Use get order and fulfill order endpoints for e-commerce automation

Create a scenario in Boost.space's Integrator that triggers when a form is submitted in Webflow. The scenario validates lead data, maps form fields to your CRM's required fields, applies lead scoring rules, and creates the contact record — all using the pre-built Webflow modules to interact with the Webflow API without custom code.

After installation, navigate to Boost.space's Integrator, create a scenario, and add a Webflow module. Generate a Boost.space API Token through your account settings (with Read, Write, and Modify privileges), then authenticate with your Webflow API token from Site Settings → Apps & integrations → API access.

Note: Scenarios without Boost.space modules are automatically deactivated once a day under the fair-usage policy. Always use pre-built modules when available.

Embed Boost.space forms

Form embedding provides no-code data collection, loading forms dynamically into Webflow pages via JavaScript. Create a form in Boost.space, generate the embed script, and add it to your Webflow page using a custom code embed element. Add a container <div> with an ID matching the element ID parameter in your embed script.
