Real-time collaboration is live on existing paid & multi-user plans

A few months ago, we released real-time collaboration in beta to allow you to work side-by-side with your team like never before. Since then, thousands of customers and partners have helped us test and shape the experience. And now, we’re thrilled to share that real-time collaboration is available on existing paid & multi-user plans, and will be coming soon to free and single-user plans.

A new era of teamwork in Webflow

Whether you're designing a landing page, going through a rebrand, launching a new product, or something in between, real-time collaboration means your entire web team can contribute — together, at the same time, even on the same page. You’ll notice your teammates’ avatars in the top right corner of the canvas, presence indicators on the page showing you which teammates are working on what, and of course — no longer needing to request or hand off design control.

Real-time collaboration unlocks:

  1. Faster speed-to-market. By being able to tag-team web pages with multiple designers, developers, and marketers, you can get projects from idea to production faster.
  2. Eliminate bottlenecks. Designers can build in parallel without waiting for their turn or having to hand over design control so you can ship more. Marketers and content editors can see who is working on what to avoid overriding and unnecessary coordination that can slow you down.
  3. Tackle projects as a team. Take a jam-session approach to co-designing and co-editing as a team. Whether you're tweaking a layout, troubleshooting an issue, training a new teammate, or adding animations, you’ll see those updates as they happen.

The web moves fast. Your team should, too.

Invite your designers, developers, marketers, content editors, and clients to collaborate with you in Webflow and experience how effortless teamwork can be. To learn about everything Webflow has to offer for teams building websites together, check out our new Collaboration landing page.
