Bringing more power, control, and visibility to page branching

Today we’re giving Webflow Enterprise teams more power, control, and visibility with enhancements to page branching that improve the way your team builds sites.

Today we’re giving large teams more power, control, and visibility with a number of enhancements to page branching — available today for Webflow Enterprise customers and Enterprise Partners.

In November, we released page branching to the world and made it possible for multiple designers to be able to work on separate pages at the same time. This allowed teams to build and ship faster by working on the same site in parallel, and also to make changes to specific pages without fear that those changes will be published before they're ready.

With so much interest and excitement from customers in the first few months, we’re excited to make page branching even more powerful. Here’s what we’re adding to page branching today:

  • Modify classes and page settings on branches. Unlock more design control with the ability to modify classes and page settings (custom code, SEO settings, etc.) on a branch.
  • Review and resolve class conflicts between a branch and the main site. You can now review conflicting designs one by one and choose which version you want to keep before merging your branch back into the main site.
  • Track branch activity in the Site Activity log. View important branch events in the Site Activity log — what changes were made, when a branch was created/deleted/merged, and more.
  • Create interactions with pre-built animations. Add new interactions on a branch by using pre-built animations (support for custom animations coming soon).

For more details on each of these enhancements, check out our Webflow University documentation. To learn more about how to get access to page branching or to see a demo, get in touch with our sales team.
