Today we’re releasing a major improvement to AI-powered first pass content generation. Designers and content editors on Webflow can now leverage the AI Assistant to quickly generate and modify text elements directly on canvas. As of today, you can:

• Generate Content for CMS Fields and Static Text: Populate empty CMS text fields and static text elements with AI-generated content by selecting the element and clicking the AI ✨ icon or using context menu commands.
• Modify Existing Content: Enhance or regenerate text for existing CMS fields, static text elements, and highlighted Rich text.

Webflow’s AI Assistant utilizes the context from your site —such as CMS field data and page text— to generate three different variations for your content that you can choose from. From drafting blog posts to building CMS-powered landing pages, these new AI capabilities empower you to quickly create higher fidelity first pass content.
