“Webflow is the Apple of website building. It sets the standard for how modern web creation should feel — intuitive, reliable, and powerful. It just works, and that reliability is what lets us deliver enterprise-quality results at startup speed.”

Flow Ninja is a full-service Webflow agency helping the top 1% of marketers build enterprise-grade websites that are fast, flexible, and built for business results.
Founded in 2019 by Uros Mikic, the company expanded from a one-person freelance practice into a 65-person global team serving enterprise clients around the world, including brands like Upwork, Checkout.com, Domo, and Trustly. In just six years, Flow Ninja has become a trusted Webflow Partner, delivering more than 200 projects across industries while maintaining startup-level agility.
For Uros, the story started much smaller. “I was selling fruit when I was 13. Then I discovered Webflow, built my first freelance projects, and bought my first car. That experience changed my life — it gave me the confidence to start a business, and today Flow Ninja is on track for $3.2 million in ARR.”
Unlike traditional agencies that evolved from code-heavy or plugin-dependent workflows, Flow Ninja was built on Webflow from day one. That early conviction shaped everything about how they operate today: lean, fast, and scalable. While others spend years untangling legacy systems, Flow Ninja built their model around a single, unified platform that lets design, development, and marketing move in sync.
This Webflow-first foundation didn’t just streamline execution; it became their competitive edge, enabling an agency model centered on speed, efficiency, and repeatable systems. As the agency grew, so did their scope of creating enterprise websites that could move as quickly as the modern marketing teams they served. “We don’t just build websites; we help clients build the foundation of their business online,” says Uros.
Flow Ninja’s evolution mirrors a larger industry shift from static web builds to scalable web systems. By aligning design, marketing, and development inside Webflow, they’ve built the operational efficiency and reliability that enterprise clients expect.
Building a global agency on the foundation of Webflow
“Anything you can do on the web, you can do in Webflow. The only limit is your skill, which removes all barriers between design and development and lets our team move with complete creative control.”
- Uros Mikic, Founder & CEO, Flow Ninja
When Uros first started designing websites, traditional tools felt too rigid and unreliable. “WordPress needed too many plugins, and things constantly broke after updates,” he says. “It wasn’t the seamless experience I was looking for.”
Discovering Webflow changed that. “Webflow let me build exactly what I designed, without third-party tools, and helped me understand how the web actually works.” That early discovery set the foundation for Flow Ninja — one of the first Webflow Partners built entirely on Webflow that delivers strategy, design, development, and optimization under one roof.
Since then, Flow Ninja has scaled that model globally, partnering with brands whose websites are a key marketing lever. With Webflow, they’ve been able to keep pace with that growth, maintaining the speed and quality their clients expect as projects scale in size and complexity. “Because of Webflow, our average project now runs 90 days across discovery, design, and build,” says Uros. “We’re already working toward 60 days using Webflow’s MCP capabilities.”
As the agency continues to grow, its focus remains on helping clients move quickly and deliver measurable impact. “For us, success starts with putting the customer at the center,” says Tamara Vitas Mikic, COO. “Every team member communicates directly with the client so that we can move quickly, incorporate feedback faster, and ultimately align everyone around the client’s vision.”
Webflow’s real-time collaboration, branching, and visual editing also help the team launch faster and focus on strategy and creativity. “Now, we can ship large-scale sites (sometimes more than 150 pages) in under 30 days. This speed unlocks a huge competitive advantage for our team”, says Uros.
Creating a scalable, compliant, and conversion-ready site for Trustly
“With Webflow, we’ve simplified how content is managed and helped Trustly’s team move faster. They can now make updates instantly while maintaining the consistency, quality, and performance expected from an enterprise-grade site.”
- Uros Mikic, Founder & CEO, Flow Ninja
Trustly, a Swedish, global leader in open banking payments, partnered with Flow Ninja to rebuild their website for scale. Their previous site was visually outdated and difficult to navigate, making it hard to distinguish between their B2B and B2C offerings.
Flow Ninja led a complete redesign and migration to Webflow, developing a modular component system that made it easier for Trustly’s marketing team to create new pages, test campaigns, and localize content across regions. “We wanted to give Trustly a platform that could grow with them,” says Miša, Head of Growth. “Something flexible enough for marketing to move quickly but strong enough to handle enterprise demands.”
The new site consolidated more than 100 pages into a unified Webflow CMS and introduced a global design system that supports consistency and compliance in every market. What was once fragmented is now a single, scalable platform that mirrors how the company operates around the world.
Since launch, Trustly’s teams have been able to publish faster and iterate more freely. Early performance data shows stronger engagement and higher conversion rates, while CMS costs and overhead dropped significantly, saving the company hundreds of thousands of dollars annually.
Doubling down on optimization, speed, and strategic services
“Being a Webflow Partner is the core of our business growth. It gives us credibility, brings direct referrals, and shows clients that we’re trusted to deliver enterprise-level work.”
- Uros Mikic, Founder & CEO, Flow Ninja
Today, strategic partnerships, referrals, and the Webflow Partner ecosystem power Flow Ninja’s growth. “We’re focused on helping enterprise marketing teams launch smarter, scale faster, and work more creatively with fewer blockers,” says Uros.
That starts with their own site. Built entirely on Webflow, it generated more than $4.5 million in pipeline and over 2 million impressions in the past nine months. “We practice what we preach,” says Miša. “Everything we recommend to clients — from A/B testing to Answer Engine Optimization — we test on ourselves first.”
The team continues to expand their capabilities through new Webflow features like MCP integrations and AI-driven tools. One standout example is Foresight, Flow Ninja’s AI-powered website audit tool built on Webflow Cloud. Designed to act as a “personal website strategist,” it analyzes a site’s content, code, and structure to assess positioning, differentiation, and overall effectiveness. Drawing on Flow Ninja’s experience across 200+ projects, the tool evaluates over 100 criteria to deliver a free, in-depth audit in under two minutes. In just six months, more than 3,000 websites have been audited, helping teams identify growth opportunities and refine their web strategy.
The same commitment to progress that fuels their innovation also shapes their culture. “We built this business by helping people grow,” says Miša. “When our team develops new skills, our clients benefit. It’s a cycle of progress that keeps everyone improving.”
After six years, Flow Ninja’s focus remains on scaling sustainably and deepening their enterprise relationships. The agency plans to grow revenue from $3.2 million to $5 million next year by expanding their strategic services, including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and A/B testing with Webflow Optimize. “Webflow will continue to be the backbone of how we help clients grow, and how we grow ourselves,” says Uros.
