“Webflow gave us the foundation to unify our digital presence and keep pace with our vision of growth through expanding access to care.”

For many people, the first step toward therapy starts not in a waiting room, but on a website. At Talkspace, a leading online therapy and psychiatry platform, the site is the front door for patients, providers, and partners alike. On a mission to make care accessible to everyone, the company partners with major insurers, employers, and public sector organizations so millions of people can access therapy with little to no out-of-pocket cost.
As Talkspace grew, so did its digital sprawl. With more than 30 separate sites, even simple updates turned into longer than ideal timelines. Just as the company was preparing for a major rebrand, its most important channel was slowing them down. To keep pace with their mission, they needed a more scalable, centralized way to manage their web presence.
Upgrading to Webflow Enterprise to create an intuitive, unified brand experience
“Before Webflow Enterprise, it could take weeks to make small changes across dozens of sites. Now, we update once and it’s done everywhere.”
- Cynthia Naumes, Director of Growth & Content, Talkspace
When Talkspace began their rebrand, the scale of the challenge was clear. The company was juggling more than 30 separate Webflow self-serve and WordPress sites, each one disconnected from the rest. A simple change, like swapping in a new logo or refreshing a footer, meant repeating the same update dozens of times — a process that could stretch from days into weeks.
“It’s insane thinking back to the beginning stages of our rebrand,” says Web Developer Andrea Ruttan. “I would have one site open in one window, and just copy everything over and over. It was so tedious.”
Talkspace’s rebrand wasn’t just about a new logo or palette, it was about making the brand more approachable, human, and connected to the people they serve. The team wanted to bring customer stories and real patient imagery to the forefront of their digital experience, showing that therapy is for everyone and making the brand feel more accessible. For a lean team charged with bringing this new brand to life, inefficiency was untenable. “We knew the rebrand would take a long time — and even longer if we weren’t on Webflow Enterprise,” says Director of Growth and Content Cynthia Naumes. “Consolidating was the only way to move at the pace we needed.”
Upgrading to Webflow Enterprise gave the team a path forward. With guidance from their Webflow Account Team, Talkspace restructured their entire web system, migrating and consolidating key properties into a single Enterprise workspace. “Our Account team really showed us the best practices for making the transition, and they’ve continued to be a trusted partner, supporting us as we scale,” says Cynthia.
That shift unlocked the ability to use shared components and templates across the entire site, ensuring brand consistency while dramatically reducing time to publish. This component library turns once-manual tasks into repeatable, reliable workflows: what used to take a week now takes just a few hours. “A year ago, this was unimaginable, but we just replaced our global footer across the entire website in a single day,” says Andrea.
Equipping a lean team to build with confidence and speed
“I used to manage every aspect of the website myself. Now our marketers confidently handle updates, and I can focus on the bigger projects that push our brand forward. The shift to Webflow Enterprise lets us move at the speed our mission demands.”
- Andrea Ruttan, Web Developer, Talkspace
The Talkspace team has always been one of do more with less, but in this case with one developer, one content strategist, one growth engineer, and a handful of collaborators, being lean often meant a longer, more drawn out roadmap. While the team has continued to execute at an extremely lean level, Webflow Enterprise allows them to add even more fuel to their process.
Build mode gives non-technical marketers the confidence to update and publish content without touching the Designer. “I used to stay out of Design mode if I could, because I didn’t want to break anything,” says Cynthia. “With Build mode, I can now safely update content myself, which is a huge unlock for our marketing team.”
Page branching allows the development team to work on large-scale redesigns while marketers continue publishing without interruption. “Page branching is crucial when I’m mid-rebrand on a page,” says Andrea. “Other people can still work and publish while I test and build in a branch.”
The activity log provides a clear trail of changes, while roles and permissions allow them to bring in contractors for the rebrand without risk. “The publishing workflow has been huge,” says Andrea. “Seeing what’s staged, what’s live, and being able to track version history keeps us organized.”
Now, the marketing team can create and launch landing pages 7x faster. Andrea’s role evolved from sole owner to collaborator, freeing her up to focus on high-impact projects like the rebrand, while the rest of the team experiments, publishes, and optimizes independently.
Powering Talkspace’s mission to make therapy more accessible
“Webflow Enterprise makes it so much easier for us to launch new website experiences. Whether it’s new partnerships or new audiences we’re going after, we can now create those digital touchpoints faster — and that means a better site experience for all of our customers.”
- Cynthia Naumes, Director of Growth & Content, Talkspace
With the rebrand nearly complete, Talkspace’s website is now a platform for growth. The team is preparing to migrate the blog and overhaul navigation, while also looking ahead to experimentation and optimization. “This year has been about rebuilding our foundation,” says Cynthia. “Next year we’ll be able to shift our focus to testing, learning, and optimizing.”
That shift matters because of Talkspace’s mission. “We’ve really focused on increasing the number of insurance payers we have and the number of people who can access therapy,” says Cynthia. “It all comes back to providing accessible care to more of the population.” To do that, the marketing and web teams need to roll out new digital experiences quickly, whether that’s a city partnership, a new payer relationship, or content for a new audience.
One of the best examples is Teenspace NYC, a city partnership providing free online therapy for New Yorkers ages 13-17. Built with Webflow, the site now sees over 15,000 daily visits and has become a vital digital front door to care for teens in NYC.
With Webflow, what once required weeks of repetitive updates is now managed in hours within a centralized, scalable system. The small but powerful team can launch new experiences in days, not weeks, and focus on new growth initiatives rather than maintenance.
